The former military site transforms into a new district. To preserve the identity of the area, the existing structure is repurposed and interconnected. The buildings now serve as points of reference and represent exceptions. By connecting and opening up the inner courtyards, new communal spaces are created. Gaps in the structure and bridges between the volumes define a network. The interweaving of different buildings and openings towards the adjacent Olympia Park creates a vibrant blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
